    MY NIGERIA...PT III

     NDI IGBO

Cha cha cha, Ndi igbo kwenu, kwenu, kwezuenu ohhhh...ngwan I want to speak. For how long will this division continue? How long will the fight for 'emancipation' continue? Ikemba started it but failed because he did not have a solid structure on ground...when will ndi A
bia, Anambra, Imo and Enugu accept each other and fully recognize ndi Ebonyi as pure Igbo? When will Orlu, Abriba, Ngwa, Nnewi, Owerri, Ohazara, Aba, Umuahia, Ihiala and all the other 'tiny' Igbo ethnic groups join hands and speak with one voice? When will you stop destroying yourselves on the Federal and even State level just because "he is not an Abriba man" or "he is not from Aba"... When will you unite and produce a single leader that every Igbo man around the world will listen to (even if it's the hypocritical type you have Ikemba)?. When will Ohaneze speak one thing in the morning and it remains the same in the evening after 'meeting' with Government? When will you open your eyes to the fact that money comes and goes but unity abounds forever and "a single person can chase a thousand and two chase ten thousand"? When will you stop killing your sons and daughters because of a parcel of land your ancestors left behind, you kill them and you yourself don't live long enough to do anything on it, and the circle continues, generation after generation. When will you stop having uncompleted buildings because you have 'harvested' the young man/lady building it? When will your young in the cities stop avoiding to go home for fear of that Uncle, Aunty or Granny? When will you revive the culture of hard work and diligence once envied by the whole world? Is it not high time your young men stop getting sentenced to death in Asia and even South Africa for drug related offenses? When will you start training your boys in the 'trade' again? When will your youths start channeling that God-given intelligence to good use again instead of duping (419 and yahoo-yahoo), drug trafficking (Pushing) and armed robbery?

Enugu, What happened to your once blossoming coal mines? Imo, What are you doing with those tourist sites? Abia, can't Aba transform Africa as a manufacturing capital? Anambra, those great business ventures your sons set abroad can be replicated at home, but Why don't they come home and invest? Ebonyi, Whenever I see your rich soils and those beautiful farmlands, I weep. You can feed Nigeria and do that comfortably and in turn transform the economy of the whole region. Traveling abroad for 'greener pastures' is no longer in vogue (thank God for trump)...Stay home and make that change you want because you are capable of wonders. But first you have to be united because even if you get Biafra, you will be fragmented within a week when the issue of who to lead comes up. It's high time to look beyond "ten thaaasssaannnd dollars in my account" and "the container on the high seas" because times and tides have changed too. Five states, plus the delta Igbo, no single leader or central leadership... Shame! Shame!! Shame!!!

Note: When you rally round Nnamdi Kanu? To either let him know he is fighting a cause your so called leaders have been bribed to shun or letting him know he can't build a house from the roof (that is if he can do it alone) because as it stands, he is alone and abandoned, no structure to support him and no people to echo his voice.
Ndi igbo, it is morning already, Isalachi
