When Moses sent twelve men to go and spy the promised land, ten came back and said "we were like grasshoppers" as compared to the inhabitants of the land, they said it was impossible, they planted super fear in the minds of the people, but there were two men that went on the same mission, saw the same things, experiences the same humiliations and "grasshoppering" yet they decided to give a different version of the story, they gave a version of confidence, hope, courage and faith, they eventually turned the future of an entire nation with just "we are well able" a phenomenon now known as the Minority Report (I think the Tom Cruise featured movie got its inspiration from this). I often wonder what the story will be if Moses had followed the opinion of the first ten, we would not have heard about them because, I am certain things and events will turn for the worse because a "grasshopper" cannot even hurt a child talk more of the "giants" they reportedly saw. Another thought I always have is, from what perspective did the other two see things? How comes they did not see "giants" or themselves as "grasshoppers"? What kind of eye do they have and what kind of radicalism is that (the word of two young chaps against that of ten men, men possibly older wiser and more experienced).

There are people in this life today who have nothing but "grasshopper" news to give you, they have nothing aside belittling, negative reports to give and because they are perceived elderly and more experienced, you tend to give them more ears and they ice the cake with their numbers, so you often think "ten elders cannot all be wrong", "these two chaps are just full of youthful exuberance and too zealous without knowledge", as a matter of fact, the logical thing to do is to follow the crowd that doubles as elders.
Then there is Joshua and Caleb, the duo that decided they "are well able", just two young lads full of zeal and raw faith, they believed there was nothing too big and great for them to surmount, they did not argue the fact that they were "like grasshoppers', they simply stated that, they "are able" to conquer and win the "giants" in the land if only they determine and dedicate themselves to it. They knew the odds and all that is at stake, they were well aware of the kind of message they were giving and the consequence of them being wrong, a whole nation will be sent to extinction if they gave a misleading information but they also knew what potentials is embedded in that nation, and I am very sure the goodies they saw in the land played a great part in their radicalism.
Finally, there was a Moses, the man who is to take the final decision, to either go with numbers, age and experience or with two zealots. Can you imagine him picking the former? I don't want to.
Look here, you are a "Moses" and a nation is depending on you to either go into the promised land or sit back wherever you are, you are bound to have emissaries bearing different kinds of reports and messages for you, the ten "experienced elders" will be there along with the two "young zealots", but let me tell you something, not every report or message is meant for you, not every messenger is carrying a message you need and not every report deserves your action. Thank God Moses did not go with the report of the "crowd". Even Leonidas had to throw King Xerxes emissary into a pit because that was not a message for him.
Be a "Moses", know the emissaries carrying your message and act on the right message. Learn to read THE MINORITY REPORT
