    COHABITANTS?

The footnote on yesterdays news reads "Students, Lecturers and COWS cohabit University of Abuja" and my fellow country men are busy analyzing the dance steps and private life of Senators, arguing whether Religion should be taught in secondary schools and a Federal Minister saying artiste should not shoot videos outside Nigeria.
No body is talking about the daily bombings in Maiduguri now because its stale news and NOT JUICY, no body is talking about VITAL issues like what is happening to our economy, what measures have been put in place to mitigate the forewarned flooding this year and why on God's green earth cows COHABIT with us.
I can understand why the sex tape of a Senator made the news (morally speaking) but dance steps? C'mon men.
Should religion be the issue or Morality? We are the amongst the MOST RELIGIOUS also amongst the LEAST DEVELOPED and MOST CORRUPT. We've taught religion since 1960 and look where we are. Do you know the nation in which a public official is hanged for corruption is fast becoming world power? And yes, they are not a "Amen Hallelujah, Ameen Ya Rab" shouting peoples.
As Bishop Bismarck said "prayer and hallelujah is on spirit realm but to lead and develop, you must understand HOW THINGS WORK". Is it now better to be "religious" than Godly?
BTW, I hope you also know that a guy in my age bracket somewhere in North Korea is KEEPING the US of A on their toes and here is my beloved Nigeria whose youngest cabinet member is my Father's age.
Well, let the COWS be, after all you are not directly affected or their shepherds are your PEOPLE. I pray you remain unaffected by another Man's  GOAT tomorrow because if we condone this, we can surely expect MONKEYS in our bedrooms soon.
Political CORRECTNESS should be set aside and let's face reality. Until we get back to the PRINCIPLES OF HOW THINGS WORK, we are bound to see more of these trash.
